Mr. Yiannis Polychronis is the founder and managing director of the law firm and he specializes in criminal, administrative & human rights law. He represents companies and individuals embroiled in criminal proceedings in the Republic of Cyprus. Additionally, he has been involved in some of the most serious and high profile criminal cases that have occurred in the island. On several occasions, Mr. Yiannis has also represented clients at the European Court of Human Rights with considerable success. His expertise in the above-mentioned areas of law have granted him a highly respected profile, as he has been invited to TV and radio shows to discuss and analyze various legal issues and cases. Since 2011, Mr. Yiannis is actively the Vice Chairman of the Association for the Protection of the Rights of Prisoners and Released Prisoners, attending on behalf of the association relevant meetings of the Parliamentary Committee on Human Rights and on Equal Opportunities for Men and Women.
