The course explores different methods of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) with its focus on domestic arbitration. Domestic arbitration is gaining considerable ground in dispute resolution between parties who want to avoid resorting to litigation. The course looks into fundamental concepts and offers the opportunity to delve deeper into understanding how arbitration works in Cyprus.
