“We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant for our Nicosia Office. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional high level communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Objectives of this Role:
-Manage communication with members, suppliers, stakeholders and institutions, including the highest levels, liaising with internal and external counterparts on various projects and tasks;
-Perform administrative, secretarial and office support, including drafting and preparation of minutes and presentations;
-Manage and coordinate the communication with members, stakeholders and institutions.
-Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality in all the assigned tasks and activities.
-Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite;
-Attend to Calls, Networking Events and Conferences;
-Skills and Qualifications
-Superb written and verbal communication skills in Greek, English and Italian language.
-Strong time-management skills and ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once;
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems;
-Availability to international travels;
