The School of Law of UCLan Cyprus is organising the International Civil and Commercial Mediation Course at the British University of Cyprus, on 13-21 February 2021.
Practitioners will gain advanced knowledge of the legal framework and the best practices on acting as mediators in civil and commercial matters at national and international level. The Course will be delivered at an intermediate-to-advanced level.
The course is fully accredited by the Cyprus Ministry of Justice and Public Order, and those successfully completing the Course can register as civil and/or commercial mediators in Cyprus, according to Law 159(I)/2012.
Please note that the course is accredited by the Cyprus Bar Association but the 40 hours are not certified.
