Harris Kyriakides: New position for Junior Corporate Administrator, Larnaca

Harris Kyriakides is currently seeking a motivated and responsible graduate to join our firm as a Junior Corporate Administrator at Larnaca.

Candidates must submit their applications by COB February 21, 2023.


The successful applicant will undertake a full spectrum of corporate administration tasks, ensuring smooth running of the company’s corporate department and contribute in driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling the formation and registration of companies.
  • Handling the drafting and submission of trademark applications.
  • Handling the drafting of documents related to voluntary liquidations.
  • Preparation and filings of documents with the Registrar of Companies.
  • Drafting of corporate documents and maintaining the secretarial files and statutory records of companies.
  • Handling due diligence procedures and compliance matters.
  • Providing administrative support.
  • Have direct communication with clients and attend meetings.
  • Undertake general company administration tasks.


 You will need the following:

  • University degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Relevant experience will be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Organisational skills, integrity, responsibility and professionalism.
  • Strong team orientation, ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
