Magdalini is an experienced litigator and legal advisor. Her diverse work background encompasses extensive litigation and legal advisory services to various central and local government organisations, magic circle law firms, NGOs and regulatory environments, providing both legal, litigation, business and operational risk advice, in the areas of Public International and Commercial Law, Corporate and Asylum Immigration, Human Rights, Adult Care/Mental Health and Social Care Law, Environmental law. Amongst other positions she held the position of a Legal Associate, as part of the Cyprus High Commission delegation at the IMO. Her last position was that of an in-house Counsel & DPO, for a Fintech with a humanitarian concept, supported by UN Women. She is the author of various publications dealing with issues of public international law international economic law, international environmental law, human rights law and a fellow of MEPIELAN research centre, part of Panteion University, (Mediterranean Programme for International Environmental Law and Negotiation). Amongst other publications, her contributions include, International Bar Association Publications and United Nations Reports on a study of the Criminal Law Framework in view of Rape Law globally and others, Interights volunteer - Commonwealth Case Summary – Digests on human rights law and civil liberties, Liberty Letters case worker: Case Study on ECHR and Civil Liberties, College of Law Magazine Associate and article contributor, LinkedIn Publications on Social Issues and the Social Justice System.
