The Centre of Excellence for the Rule of Law and European Values CRoLEV at the University of Central Lancashire in Cyprus (UCLan Cyprus) and Oxygen For Democracy, with the support of the French Embassy in Cyprus, the French Institute in Cyprus and the Research Office for Polity and Public Policy of the Cyprus Academy of Sciences, Letters, and Arts, cordially invite you to the Law in Cyprus Day 2025 / Journée du Droit à Chypre 2025, on “Climate Justice in the EU and Europe”.
The event will take place on the 4th of November 2025 between 15:30 – 18:00 at EU House, Nicosia.
This event is open to students, academics, youth, civil society organisations, diplomats, judges, legal and other professionals and the wider public, to discuss current issues of environmental access to justice at the national/international and EU level, also in view of the forthcoming Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the EU in the first half of 2026.
