The direct and indirect impact of the COVID-19 crisis has been a severe blow the global oil and gas industry. With demand and prices collapsing, oil and gas companies are struggling to deal with the consequences. With companies reassessing their business activities and turning towards projects with low costs, low risks and high profits the implications for the Eastern Mediterranean in general and Cyprus in particular will be discussed in this episode 4 of the EMSI-Podcast series COVID – 19 Implications and the Eastern Mediterranean.
